Rehabilitation training
Rehabilitation training after a sports injury, with an assessment and the supplementary treatments it calls for.
Rehabilitation always starts with an assessment, to see exactly what is injured and how much load it can take.
Training builds on gradual strengthening and restoring movement after the injury, combined as needed with manual therapy, physiotherapy or supplementary treatments.
A session runs 1–1.5 hours. Manual therapy plus a supplementary treatment is also available on its own, as a 50-minute session or a 5-session pass.
Who it is for
- For competitive athletes, for a safe return to competition-level loading after injury.
- For everyone else, for gradual strengthening after surgery or injury and regaining everyday movement.
Please bring sportswear to any treatment, at least for your first visit, so the assessment can be as accurate as possible.
