Prevention training
Targeted, equipment-based training to prevent injury — solo or in pairs.
The first session is always an assessment combined with training; after that it is training only. A session runs 1–1.5 hours.
Two rhythms are available: come weekly, or come once, learn the exercises, practise them at home for three weeks, then return and progress.
A full range of equipment is available.
Who it is for
- For competitive athletes, to prevent injury: shoulder pain in handball players, one-sided loading in fencers, strains in footballers, knee and ankle pain.
- For everyone else, for general injury prevention: disc herniation, cartilage wear, joint pain, restricted movement, conditioning.
Please bring sportswear to any treatment, at least for your first visit, so the assessment can be as accurate as possible.
